I/We hereby apply for membership of the BUNDU BASHERS MTB ("the club"). I/We declare that I/We have read the constitution of the club and understand the contents thereof. I/We undertake to adhere to the rules of the club as well as the rules of C-SA, SAMTB, KZNMBC, and UCI. I/We understand that mountain biking can be dangerous and hazardous sport and, on behalf of myself, my family and my personal representatives, I/We release and forever discharge the club, its members, sponsors, promoters and any other person or organisation involved with the club from all and any liabilitiey, claim or cost to myself and/or my family and/or my property arising directly or indirectly out of my/our travelling to, attendance at or participation in any of the activities of the club. I/We irrevocably waive any claim which I/We may have against the club or its members arising from any cause whatsoever, including gross negligence, which may arise from my/our travelling, attendance or participation as aforesaid. I/We certify that the above information is correct and that I/We have read and understand the contents.
